The Project and Partnership Management Information system are very important while dealing with bigger projects, specially when we talk about country like Pakistan. The organization like UNICEF believes to keep the system transparent to their donors.

- In order to handle such situation it UNICEF require the information about the expertise of NGO’s who are working on those areas. There may be collaboration required among the NGO’s to deal with each other to deal with the situation.
- In case of emergency UNICEF may award the project without advertising the Expression of Interest as they can have their own evaluation system where they asses the NGO’s based upon their Financial Assessment System.
- Programme Management Information system helped the NGO’s to verify their organization profiles where they have to provide every bit of their organization information along with their audit information.
- Moreover, the utmost benefit is for NGO’s as they don’t have the centralized database system. This system also help them to keep all information at one place.
The expression of Interest the NGO’s to see the latest announcement made by UNICEF to apply against any project rather seeing them in the newspaper. Along with this it help alot to UNICEF to receive the request and verify them quite easily.
